To be informed of NexFirm’s policies and procedures, and to have complicated financial, technology or operations concepts explained in simple English.
To have access to your data and materials upon demand.
You are entitled to sufficient information to allow you to participate meaningfully in the operations of your firm.
To be informed if errors and have corrections in a timely fashion.
To receive care/service from staff that are qualified through education and/or experience to carry out the duties for which they are assigned.
To maintain confidentiality of your information and records using the highest level of security available.
To have your firm’s identity as a NexFirm client kept confidential, unless your provide permission.
To be informed of the ownership and control of the organization.
To be provided a clear and accurate invoice for services, and for any errors to be corrected in a timely fashion.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES As a client, you have the responsibility:
To provide complete and accurate information needed to perform the tasks.
To treat the staff with respect.
To participate in the process NexFirm has set up for your firm.
Read materials provided to you and ask questions when you are unclear.
To cooperate with staff and ask questions if you do not understand instruction or information given to you.
To inform NexFirm of any problems or dissatisfaction with our services.
